Wedding Packages and Pricing

Wedding November-March-$3000
Wedding April-October $3500
Extra event time is $100 per hour
Access to venue for wedding is Thursday 5:30pm to Sunday 11:00am
Clients need to be out of the venue (chapel, barn, parking lot, grounds) and off of the property by midnight each night.
Use of decorations and supplies is included in the cost of weddings and parties
Hickory Ridge stores thousands of wedding decorations to suit each individual party’s needs. The decorations are stored at Hickory Ridge and are available for use to clients who book a package for a wedding or a party.
$300 for Hickory Ridge to clean up.
$0 for client to clean up (Clean up includes, removal of decorations, wiping surfaces-(tables, bar tops, furniture), cleaning both restrooms-(toilets, sinks, etc), sweep/mop, remove trash from facility

$300 mini package -3 hour party includes 1 hour set up time before and 1 hour afterwards for clean up after party-total 5 hours.
$600 half day package 6 hour party includes 1 hour set up time before and 1 hour afterwards for clean up. Total 8 hours.
Extra event time is $100 per hour
Access to venue is one hour prior to party.
Clients need to be out of the venue (chapel, barn, parking lot, grounds) and off of the property one hour after party ends folowing party clean up.

Rehearsal dinner with wedding package-$300.
Rehearsal dinner without wedding package-$400

Access to venue rehearsal dinner is one hour prior to dinner.
Clients need to be out of the venue (chapel, barn, parking lot, grounds) and off of the property by midnight each night.
